Waiter/Waitress – Adventure Camp Restaurant

About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta, you will create warm, relaxed and memorable dining experiences that reflect the spirit of the adventure camp. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to deliver attentive service in a nature‑focused setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting preferences, allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials to advise guests.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while upholding high presentation standards.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately and handle feedback or concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a guest‑facing role within hotel, resort, restaurant or lifestyle hospitality.
• Natural warmth, attentiveness and passion for connecting with people.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with guests from diverse cultures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Understanding of restaurant service procedures and food safety standards.
• Ability to recommend menu items and upsell experiences in a guest‑focused manner.
