Waiter/Waitress – Full-time in Dubai

About the role

Join a hotel that is part of the Accor network, a global hospitality group with more than 45 brands. As a Heartist®, you will contribute to a positive and memorable experience for guests while supporting responsible hospitality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and inform them of daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell items, and handle payments.
• Enter orders on the POS system, noting special dietary requests.
• Serve dishes, refill glasses, replenish utensils, and ensure a proper dining experience.
• Open and pour wine at the table, maintain grooming standards, and adhere to hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Assist in other F&B areas, answer phones, and perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
• Close shifts by printing reports, reconciling cash and credit card settlements.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Trustworthy with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Pro‑active, energetic, and able to multitask with a positive “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
• Basic cooking knowledge and full menu familiarity.
