Waiter/Waitress – Full‑Time Front‑of‑House Role in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join Laduree’s premier dining venue in Dubai. As a front‑of‑house team member you will help create a memorable dining experience for every guest while upholding the high standards of our French‑spirit hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and present menus with detailed information.
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages courteously, ensuring correct presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, tidy dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
