Waiter/Waitress – Hidden Bar

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Hidden Bar team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. In this position you will deliver high‑standard food and beverage service, creating memorable moments for guests in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve menu items to Rosewood and LQA standards.
• Guide guests through menu selections, offering recommendations on food, wine and cocktails.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and build meaningful connections.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of your station and service areas.
• Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork, clear communication and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in hospitality, luxury dining or guest‑focused environments.
• Passion for delivering intuitive, personalized service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and accurate transaction handling.
