About the role
The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for its Lebanese Terrace restaurant. You will join a dynamic Food & Beverage team, delivering high‑standard service to guests in a luxury 5‑star environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up stations and tables according to hotel standards.
- Greet guests and communicate with them following brand guidelines.
- Assist the captain in presenting menus, making recommendations, and taking orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain a clean buffet area and clear tables and stations efficiently.
- Supervise the return of dirty linen and support the kitchen in clearing the buffet.
