Waiter/Waitress – Lexington Grill & Bar

About the role

Join the Lexington Grill & Bar team at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional food and beverage service and creating memorable moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, staying readily available.
• Promote in‑house sales by maintaining thorough knowledge of all hotel F&B outlets, opening hours and current promotions.
• Prepare and maintain service stations: fill sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, oil & vinegar, and ensure linen and cutlery are polished and ready.
• Clean and organise trolleys, pedestal tables and follow the daily cleaning plan.
• Provide high‑level food and beverage service, adhering to company policies and service standards.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and assist with additional tasks as required.
• Manage waste responsibly by reducing, recycling and encouraging efficient resource use.

Required profile

• Ability to work closely with the captain/head waiter and respond promptly to service needs.
• Good knowledge of restaurant promotions, opening hours and menu suggestions.
• Attention to detail in cleaning, polishing cutlery and maintaining service stations.
• Commitment to delivering high guest satisfaction and adhering to health‑safety standards.
