About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at DELANO Dubai you will deliver a refined yet relaxed dining experience in a luxury resort setting. The role requires attentive, personalised service that reflects the brand’s elegance and effortless style.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials while maintaining a natural, guest‑focused approach.
• Execute all aspects of table service – setup, order delivery, clearing, and presentation – with precision.
• Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate needs and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment such as a high‑end hotel, restaurant or beach club.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests in a polished manner.
• Strong operational knowledge of restaurant service standards and sequence.
• Relevant hospitality qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or diploma) is preferred.
• Positive personality, authenticity and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
