Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage, a luxury resort in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service, anticipate guest needs and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and check for food allergies.
• Explain menu items, suggest suitable substitutes and verify age restrictions for alcohol.
• Relay accurate orders to the kitchen and ensure timely, reliable service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or five‑star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Levantine cuisine.
• Presentable, dedicated, team‑player with excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts in a multicultural environment.
