About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Waiter/Waitress on the pool and beach area of Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests while supporting the hotel’s food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

Assist the captain or head waiter during service and stay readily available for guest needs.
Maintain and replenish service stations, including cutlery, sugar dispensers, condiments, and linen.
Clean and organize trolleys, pedestal tables, and work areas according to daily cleaning plans.
Promote in‑house sales by knowing opening hours, promotions, and menu suggestions.
Support peak‑time service by helping colleagues and managing waste reduction initiatives.

Required profile

Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including service of alcoholic drinks.
Basic mathematical skills for cash handling, check totals and portion control.
Strong English writing ability for completing requisitions, balance sheets and vouchers.
