Waiter/Waitress – Shisha Café (Full‑time, Accommodation Provided)

About the role

We are opening a brand‑new shisha café in Ajman and need enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our founding team. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to grow with the business from day one while delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, seat them, and present menus.
• Take and serve food, beverage and shisha orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain clean, presentable tables and reset quickly between guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, and occasional cashier tasks.
• Support the team during busy periods, including shisha‑service support after training.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and management while following hygiene, safety and grooming standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, polite, presentable and energetic.
• Reliable, honest, hardworking and a fast learner.
• Comfortable working in a shisha‑café environment and under pressure during peak shifts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE visa (no sponsorship offered).
• Previous café or waiter experience.
• Physically able to stand, walk and carry trays for extended periods.

• Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
