Waitress – All Day Dining at Manava

About the role

We are seeking an energetic waitress to join the Manava All Day Dining outlet at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Become familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and upsell wherever possible.
• Utilise the outlet point‑of‑sales (POS) system and ensure all sales are accurately recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special guest requests for specific preparation methods or ingredients.
• Follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station/section at all times.
• Implement company brand standards and optional brand standards where appropriate.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Fun, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.
