Waitress – All Day Dining (Manava)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waitress to join the Manava All Day Dining team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service to our guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling where possible.
• Use the outlet point‑of‑sales (POS) system to record sales accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adapt to special guest requests for specific preparation methods or ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and presentation guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.

Required skills

• Familiarity with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Ability to operate the outlet point‑of‑sales (POS) system.
