About the role

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced, service‑oriented waitress to join a luxury property team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a 4‑star or 5‑star environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and assist them throughout their visit.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to established service standards.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables and dining areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to guarantee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming and safety protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant hospitality certification, training certificate, or diploma in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage (advantageous).
• Previous experience as a waitress in hotels or restaurants, preferably 4‑star or 5‑star properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance with high grooming standards.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and flexibility to work varied shifts.
