About the role
The restaurant is looking for a friendly and reliable Waitress to join the team in Dubai. You will help prepare the dining area before service, keep it clean and organized, and provide attentive service to guests throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with morning cleaning of the restaurant and dining hall.
- Clean and sanitize all service utensils before each service.
- Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant and preparing mise‑en‑place.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining area and place plates at guests’ tables.
- Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear tables after meals, clean them, and move dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain a clean personal appearance and high hygiene standards.
- Follow the captain waiter’s instructions and work under their guidance.
Required profile
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and a tidy appearance.
- Willingness to follow directions from senior staff.
