About the role
Join the prestigious Bvlgari Resort in Dubai as a Waitress who can communicate fluently in Japanese. You will be part of a high‑end food and beverage team delivering exceptional service to discerning guests.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high service standards.
- Set tables according to event type, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Record orders in the MICROS system, present checks, and process payments.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- Assist guests with disabilities and provide personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in food and beverage service.
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
- Clear and professional communication in English and Japanese.
