About the role
Hard Precast Building Systems LLC (HPBS) is conducting a walk‑in interview on 24 October 2026 for a range of precast and construction positions at its factory in Dubai Investments Park 1, Jebel Ali.
Key responsibilities
- Perform specialised tasks such as masonry, welding, steel fixing, rigging, carpentry and fabrication of precast molds.
- Operate heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles, including overhead crane (EOT) operations, and ensure site cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector.
- UAE driving licence (for driver positions) and at least one year of driving experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating an overhead crane (EOT) and handling precast components.
- Ability to work with standard construction tools and equipment for masonry, welding, steel fixing and carpentry.
