About the role

The Wardrobe Attendant – Laundry joins the Guest Environment Expert team at W Hotels Dubai, delivering a seamless laundry and wardrobe service that enhances the overall guest experience. This full‑time, non‑management position involves hands‑on work across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process guest laundry and wardrobe items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, carts, and storage spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for wardrobe services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Support overall housekeeping duties, including stocking carts, cleaning public spaces, and assisting with room turnover when needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, handling items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
