Warehouse Admin

About the role

The Warehouse Admin is responsible for accurate data entry and inventory management of all stock in the Dubai warehouse. The role involves processing receipts, documenting order details, organizing staff inductions, and supporting general warehouse duties while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory data, process receipts, and generate documentation such as goods receipt notes, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Oversee stock flow – receiving, issuing, and dispatching goods – and coordinate communication with freight companies and customers.
• Organize staff inductions, manage occupational health and safety procedures, and schedule incoming deliveries.
• Support planning, order assembly, and accurate dispatch of goods while keeping stock control systems up to date.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, timesheets, and claim documentation; assist with monthly billing and finance‑related tasks.
• Liaise with the administration department or external vendors for equipment repairs, supplies, and damage resolution.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with accurate reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience handling material handling equipment and conducting stock counts or internal audits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers, and to resolve conflicts or disputes.
• Proactive attitude toward health and safety standards and the ability to adapt operations to changing customer requirements.
