Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics between branches, proper material storage, timely local purchasing, and effective coordination of drivers, packing, shipping, and export processes. The role supports Al Rostamani Group’s diversified businesses by maintaining efficient inventory flow and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials across warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Plan and coordinate the timely movement of parts and materials between branches, optimizing vehicle routes.
• Adjust storage locations and bin layouts to maximize space utilization and picking efficiency.
• Source and procure locally required items, coordinating with suppliers for delivery and quality checks.
• Schedule and supervise drivers for inter‑branch transfers and customer deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee packing operations, guaranteeing goods are protected, labeled correctly, and shipped on schedule.
• Prepare export documentation and liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to facilitate smooth export processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations within the commercial vehicles sector.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and export documentation.
