Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees all warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, storage, distribution and logistics activities. This role acts as the central liaison between Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics to ensure seamless flow of materials, components and products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental plans, programmes and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage cross‑functional planning, resource prioritisation and performance‑management activities.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service excellence.
• Oversee departmental budgets, resource plans, KPIs and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Provide input to policies, governance, HSE, ESG, CSR and ISO compliance, and manage audits and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility, stock availability, inbound and outbound logistics, and transportation coordination.
• Supervise receipt, storage, movement, preservation and dispatch of high‑value and critical materials while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental and ISO standards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.
