Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead all warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics activities to support manufacturing, maintenance and programme requirements. Reporting to senior management, the role acts as the primary interface between Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Logistics functions, ensuring seamless flow of materials and equipment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, handling, issuance, transfer and dispatch of materials, equipment and products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material movements between warehouse locations, operational areas and end‑users to support uninterrupted production and maintenance activities.
• Oversee inventory management, conduct cycle counts, stock audits and ensure accurate recording in ERP and WMS systems.
• Develop and implement departmental plans, budgets, KPIs and continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise resource utilisation and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG, ISO and other regulatory requirements, managing audits and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing warehouse and logistics functions within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability to lead cross‑functional planning, resource prioritisation and performance‑management activities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
