Warehouse Manager - Dubai

About the role

PCS Wireless is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Dubai to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, repair, refurbishment, manufacturing, distribution and order fulfilment. The role leads a team of up to 50 warehouse personnel and drives continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methods, while keeping the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead, coach and manage up to 50 warehouse and production staff, and train, mentor and evaluate them.
• Develop and run warehouse strategies that improve efficiency and speed.
• Oversee repair, refurbishment and manufacturing on the floor, and plan production capacity, schedules and material flow.
• Use analytics and KPI reporting to track performance and drive improvement.
• Maintain inventory and supply chain records in ERP systems, databases and WMS.
• Negotiate shipping contracts and secure freight and logistics rates.
• Allocate resources according to inbound and outbound forecasts and optimise facility utilisation.
• Monitor import/export compliance and set workflows that protect quality, safety and integrity.
• Communicate with all levels of the company and escalate issues to senior management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience with a multinational company in the UAE, in warehouse management, repair, refurbishment, manufacturing and logistics.
• Hands-on experience in production or electronics devices, including manufacturing and production planning.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 50 people; experience in an Agile environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
