Warehouse Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse in the Trilogi Food division, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded, maintained, and organized to facilitate timely deliveries. This role focuses on ensuring that all warehouse activities comply with GMG's operational and safety standards while meeting business objectives in terms of productivity, quality, and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage the movement and storage of inventory to meet business requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory and stock levels.
• Monitor and improve warehouse operational efficiency and workflow.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and operational protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
• Maintain the physical condition and organization of the warehouse in line with health and safety standards.
• Address operational issues and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Experience with SAP EWM is an advantage.
