Warehouse Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee a team of warehouse professionals, ensuring high‑quality handling and smooth daily operations. The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining standards, and guaranteeing accurate documentation of deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team and support staff, providing training and development.
• Allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor team performance, give feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing product quality meets standards and prevent damage during loading/unloading.
• Verify invoices are returned on the same day of delivery signed by customers as proof of delivery.
• Confirm quantity and quality of returned goods to avoid complaints and stock variances.
• Ensure loaded/received quantities match order quantities and support weekly cycle counts for inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Graduate in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar warehouse operations in the UAE with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of all warehouse operations and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multitasking capabilities.
