Warehouse Worker II - Forklift Driver

About the role

H.B. Fuller, a global adhesives, coatings and sealants company, is looking for a Warehouse Worker II to support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations at its Ras Al Khaimah facility. The role covers receiving, storing, handling and shipping materials while keeping inventory accurate and meeting safety and quality standards, working closely with warehouse and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and transfer materials using FIFO inventory practices
• Load and unload trucks, containers and bulk shipments safely and efficiently
• Prepare, pack and stage customer orders according to shipment requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily stock checks
• Complete warehouse documentation accurately and on time
• Conduct forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain housekeeping, safety and storage standards in the warehouse
• Support supervisors by promoting compliance with work instructions and spotting potential operational issues

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
• Authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates and ability to meet physical job requirements
• Preferred: forklift operating certification or demonstrated forklift experience; knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management; experience in manufacturing, chemical or industrial warehouses
