Wealth Adoption Specialist (Temporary 4 Months)

About the role

ADIB Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is hiring a temporary Wealth Adoption Specialist for 4 months, based in Abu Dhabi. The specialist joins the Wealth Management Platforms and Capabilities team and works on increasing customer awareness, activation and adoption of wealth products and digital platforms. The role involves customer support, outbound engagement and telesales, follow-up on opportunities and service requests, and capturing and analysing customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound customer engagement and telesales across the approved wealth product suite, explaining features, digital journeys and onboarding requirements using approved scripts and materials, without giving investment advice or making suitability decisions.
• Record, classify and follow up customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, leads and call outcomes in the approved systems.
• Follow up interested customers and pending opportunities according to agreed contact plans, service standards and campaign priorities.
• Monitor responses, objections and reasons for non-adoption, and recommend improvements to products, platforms, journeys and communications.
• Prepare activity and outcome reports covering calls, responses, lead status, adoption, conversions, inquiries, complaints and customer insights.
• Escalate material customer, conduct, system or process issues to the designated manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer service, telesales, contact centre, banking, investments or digital-product support.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, follow-ups and sales or adoption campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining service quality.

Required skills

• Strong customer service, telesales, communication and listening skills.
• Accurate call disposition, lead tracking, data capture and activity reporting.
• Understanding of customer confidentiality, data privacy, conduct and escalation requirements.
