Web Developer – Full‑time, On‑site in Dubai

About the role
We are looking for a Web Developer to join Four Roads Group’s Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves designing, building and maintaining responsive, user‑friendly websites and web applications that support our business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop front‑end interfaces using modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement back‑end functionality, work with server‑side languages, databases and APIs.
- Integrate APIs and ensure performance, security and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners and other developers to refine requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation and follow best practices.
Required profile
- Strong front‑end development skills with a focus on responsive and accessible UI.
- Proficiency in back‑end development, including server‑side programming, database interaction and API integration.
- Experience translating design mockups into functional web pages.
- Effective communication and ability to work constructively within a multidisciplinary on‑site team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
