Web3 Product Manager – Crypto Launch & AI Strategy

About the role

Bybit is seeking a senior Web3 Product Manager to lead the design and launch of spot trading products and AI‑driven tools. The role focuses on tokenized financial assets, CeDeFi innovations and on‑chain yield solutions, and requires deep expertise in trading system architecture and a passion for crypto markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and iteration of spot trading products, driving end‑to‑end implementation of new features and AI‑powered tools such as smart order routing.
• Define and execute the strategic direction for on‑chain spot business, launching CeDeFi products and bridging on‑chain and off‑chain trading experiences for assets like tokenized stocks, pre‑IPO, RWA and yield products.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in trading product roles with solid understanding of spot/futures systems and order matching engines.
• Proven ability to drive 0‑to‑1 product planning and execution independently, staying up‑to‑date with crypto market trends.
• Fluency in Chinese is mandatory.

• Order matching engine and trading workflow design.
• On‑chain asset integration and smart‑contract interaction.
• DeFi protocol development and CeDeFi productization.
