Welcome Ambassador (Bellman)

About the role

As a Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, creating memorable arrival and departure experiences. You will guide guests through their stay, handling luggage, transportation, local information and any operational needs while upholding safety, confidentiality and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and farewell for every guest.
• Assist with luggage, transportation arrangements and provide local area highlights.
• Process operational tasks, respond to guest requests and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and protect company assets.
• Uphold uniform, personal appearance and communication standards at all times.
• Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lb unaided and 75 lb with help.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
• No specific license or certification needed.
