About the role
The Welcome Ambassador works in the Welcome Office to create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest throughout their stay. As a Guest Experience Expert you will be empowered to move across the property, anticipate needs, and turn routine interactions into highlights of the visit.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational requests, handle guest inquiries and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest’s stay.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
