About the role
As a Guest Arrival Expert at W Hotels in Dubai, you will create memorable first and last impressions for our guests. You will use your fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish to guide arrivals and departures, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in Russian, Italian and Spanish throughout arrival and departure.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests and complete required reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations.
- Move around the property, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle physical tasks as described.
- Fluency in Russian, Italian and Spanish.
