Welcome Arrival Ambassador

About the role

First impressions are everything at Westin Dubai. As a Welcome Arrival Ambassador you will guide guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs such as check‑in/check‑out procedures and related paperwork.
• Address guest requests promptly, providing information and assistance throughout their stay.
• Complete daily reports and documentation to support hotel operations.
• Share highlights of the local area, offering recommendations and insights to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with guest departures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout process.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and presenting a professional uniform and appearance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform hands‑on tasks for extended periods.
• Demonstrate safe workplace practices and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
