About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable check‑in and check‑out experience. You will guide guests throughout their stay, providing personalized service and local area insights while representing the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling operational tasks such as check‑in, check‑out, and related paperwork.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, offer information about the hotel and local attractions, and complete necessary reports.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
