About the role

As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable and unique experiences from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with the Guest Experience team to ensure every stay is smooth, personalized, and reflective of the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and courteously.
Address guest requests, resolve issues, and provide local area information.
Process operational tasks, complete reports, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming front‑desk environment.
Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior work experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
Fluency in Spanish, Italian, and Russian to assist multilingual guests.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform light manual tasks for extended periods.
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and adherence to company policies.
