Welding QC Inspector (Piping)

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Welding QC Inspector to join its quality controls team on a project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves ensuring welding and RTFI works meet the required standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review project technical specifications, drawings and BOQ to determine quality and engineering criteria for welding/RTFI works.
• Perform verification inspections of welding/RTFI work elements to ensure compliance with procedures and project requirements.
• Participate in on‑site receiving inspection of welding/RTFI materials.
• Prepare and review welding specifications, mix designs and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Maintain a strong understanding of welding testing standards.

Required profile

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience on ADNOC or similar large‑scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• CSWIP 3.1 certification.
• ASNT Level II – Radiography Test Film and Interpretation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the O&G field.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office.
