Wellness Centre Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The client is a leading wellness and wellbeing centre in Dubai that delivers holistic experiences across mental, emotional and physical health. We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Wellness Centre Manager to lead daily operations, uphold service excellence and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate staff, therapists, practitioners and support teams.
• Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and client experience.
• Manage client appointments, schedules, bookings and centre activities.
• Handle client enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics such as revenue, bookings and customer retention.
• Support business development, sales, promotions, events and corporate wellness programmes.
• Ensure the centre meets high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, practitioners, suppliers and partners.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a wellness centre, spa, health club, hospitality or similar customer‑facing business.
• Strong operational and people‑management background.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
