About the role
One&Only Resorts is seeking a Wellness Experience Agent to join the Wellness, Movement and Longevity team at the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional spa experiences that align with the brand’s high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate revenue through retail sales, up‑selling, and cross‑selling to other resort business centres within the spa.
- Provide personalized, high‑quality guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s luxury standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or five‑star hotel.
- Strong background in health and beauty services, with a creative and dynamic approach.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software tools.
- Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is advantageous.
