Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional well‑being of resort guests. Working within the All‑Inclusive Collection concept, you will blend fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices to create memorable, balanced experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual wellness sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching.
• Provide personalized lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve relaxation and vitality.
• Create a warm, motivating atmosphere that encourages participation across all fitness levels.
• Educate guests on holistic well‑being practices that extend beyond their stay.
• Design a diverse calendar of wellness activities aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated wellness offerings.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑prepared wellness spaces.

Required profile

• Passion for holistic wellness and guest experience.
• Ability to lead both group and individual sessions confidently.
