Wireline Logging Operator – Truck & Crane Driver

About the role

The Operator Logging Services role is responsible for safely driving wireline trucks and cranes to execute land‑based wireline operations on schedule, ensuring compliance with safety and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive wireline trucks and light vehicles between base camp and job sites.
• Rig up and rig down wireline equipment and tools for each operation.
• Perform operational checklists, verify hydraulic oil and fluid levels, and monitor smart monitor operating system for deficiencies.
• Allocate safety equipment and signage, and confirm HSE passports for crew before departure.
• Connect and disconnect pressure control equipment before and after wireline tasks.
• Maintain truck inventory, clean the vehicle, and keep tool files up‑to‑date.
• Record wire logs, prepare daily reports and complete client checklists.
• Follow UAE, ADNOC, and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
• Support monthly maintenance of trucks and equipment, and assist with testing, certification, and inspection.

Required profile

• Diploma in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an operator in a professional logging company.
• Good knowledge of basic tool checking, hydraulics and safety procedures.
• Completion of all HSE courses required for logging operations.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
