About the role
Brainlake is seeking a Workflow Designer to help enterprise and government clients optimise their operational processes and digital experiences. The role blends service design, business analysis and operational strategy to create clearer, more efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders.
- Analyse existing operational workflows, business processes and service experiences.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements across digital, AI and automation initiatives.
- Produce workflow diagrams, service flows, customer journeys and operational documentation.
- Support the design of future‑state operational and customer experiences.
- Translate business requirements into clear, implementation‑ready specifications.
- Collaborate with strategy, CX, UX and technical teams on transformation projects.
- Present findings, recommendations and workflow concepts to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, service design, workflow design or digital transformation.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience mapping workflows, customer journeys or operational processes.
- Excellent ability to structure and communicate complex information.
- Experience with enterprise or government clients is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with visual communication tools such as Figma, Miro or Lucidchart.
