Working Capital Sales Director

About the role

Visa’s Commercial Solutions team is seeking a Working Capital Sales Director to drive growth of commercial payment volumes in the Dubai region. Reporting to the Working Capital Solutions team within B2B Acceptance, you will lead the development of corporate treasury relationships and promote Visa’s card products and platforms to top B2B suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Visa commercial card products, platforms and partnership solutions to targeted corporate prospects.
• Develop acceptance deals with suppliers, positioning Visa as the preferred method for commercial receivables and payables.
• Build and manage a portfolio of leading B2B suppliers, cultivating executive relationships and ensuring high engagement.
• Identify expansion opportunities, devise and execute strategies to increase commercial payment volume through acquisition, partnership or relationship management.
• Provide consultative guidance to merchants on card acceptance processes, optimizing payables environments with appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to align solutions with local market conditions and business needs.
• Perform deep analytics and deal‑modeling to support decision‑making and drive profitable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or commercial payments, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong track record of building and managing relationships with corporate treasury or procurement executives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and close large‑scale commercial payment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
