Working Capital Sales Director

About the role

The Working Capital Sales Director will drive growth of commercial payment volumes by addressing corporate working capital needs with Visa’s payment solutions. Reporting to the Working Capital Solutions team within Visa Commercial Solutions B2B Acceptance, the role will build and expand treasury relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Sell commercial card products, platforms and solutions to targeted prospects to increase payment volume.
• Develop acceptance deals with suppliers, positioning Visa as the preferred method for commercial payments.
• Build and manage a portfolio of top B2B suppliers, fostering strong executive relationships.
• Identify expansion opportunities and execute strategies to grow commercial volume.
• Provide consultative guidance to merchants on card acceptance processes and optimize payables environments.
• Drive analytics and deal‑modeling in partnership with regional account executives and pricing teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven sales and business development expertise, especially in commercial payments with B2B merchants.
• Strong track record of building and managing relationships with large‑business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and client‑management experience in a consulting environment.
