Workplace Coach – Onboarding & Training

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a Workplace Coach to lead the onboarding and on‑the‑job coaching of new joiners. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, ensuring that new employees are fully prepared to meet operational standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning & Talent teams and key stakeholders to design and deliver coaching initiatives aligned with business objectives and SOPs.
• Provide practical, tailored onboarding experiences that meet operational requirements and reinforce compliance.
• Guide new joiners through their learning journey, embedding safety standards, productivity benchmarks and business goals.
• Work with subject‑matter experts to ensure a seamless, high‑quality on‑the‑job coaching experience.
• Track development and adherence to standards, offering regular feedback and adjusting coaching strategies.
• Standardise and continuously improve coaching materials and resources for scalable, compliant onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional coaching initiatives to boost operational efficiency and consistency.
• Promote safe work practices and reinforce SOP compliance across all coaching activities.
• Bridge classroom learning with real‑world application to ensure SOP‑compliant knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver results.
