Workshop Administrator – UAE

About the role

Aertssen Machinery Services is seeking a highly organized Workshop Administrator to support the efficient operation of its UAE workshop. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing documentation, and ensuring clear communication between workshop staff, operations teams, suppliers, and management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing in collaboration with operations and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate records of service history, maintenance activities, parts consumption, and warranty documentation.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory, raise purchase requests, and coordinate with suppliers for availability and delivery.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, performance reports, and budget tracking for workshop activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in workshop or maintenance administration, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, transport or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to maintain detailed maintenance records, manage spare‑parts inventories and handle workshop documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple internal departments and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of heavy‑equipment maintenance processes and workshop operations is preferred.
