Workshop Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to manage workshop documentation, fleet and MHE maintenance, and ensure compliance with UAE traffic and RTA regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3–5 years of experience in workshop coordination, fleet or transport operations, preferably in FMCG or logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with workshop documentation and fleet management systems.
• Experience with heavy‑duty trucks, trailers and MHE maintenance & service.
• Strong knowledge of fleet and MHE maintenance operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Fleet/Workshop Management Systems (ERP/FMS).
• Good understanding of UAE traffic and RTA regulations.
• Safety‑conscious with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple activities in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
