Workshop Supervisor – Automotive Workshop

About the role

The Workshop Supervisor will lead the daily operations of an automotive workshop dedicated to Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure efficient repairs, high service quality and customer satisfaction while managing a team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workshop workflow from vehicle reception through repair, inspection and delivery.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload, monitor progress and meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts and Warranty departments to ensure parts availability and warranty compliance.
• Maintain workshop bays, tools and equipment, enforce health and safety standards and proper PPE use.
• Conduct final quality inspections, minimise re‑work and handle customer technical queries.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of automotive workshop experience, preferably in a dealership or authorized service centre.
• Manufacturer training or certification on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge (Stellantis) products is an advantage.
