Workshop Supervisor – Maintenance & Fabrication

About the role

Plan, supervise and execute workshop maintenance, fabrication and repair activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure availability of resources, schedule and safely complete maintenance and repair jobs.
• Plan, schedule and supervise installation, maintenance, repair and testing of mechanical stationary equipment.
• Oversee piping and structures fabrication, ensuring compliance with HSE, integrity and operational procedures.
• Control material and tool inventories, prepare requisitions and monitor stock levels.
• Supervise the tool store, manage spares, and verify specifications of received materials.
• Train and develop workshop staff, contribute to budget preparation and cost control.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising workshop activities in a large industrial, preferably oil & gas, environment.
