Zoho Developer (CRM Specialist)

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with full-time remote roles hired directly into client teams. This position is for a technical power user and Zoho expert whose client is a fast-growing HealthTech and FinTech firm helping healthcare providers in the UK streamline financial management. You will turn raw lead data into an automated conversion engine, building sophisticated workflows and maximising the potential of technical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain complex Zoho CRM configurations tailored to the sales lifecycle.
• Develop and deploy advanced automations, blueprints and workflows to streamline warm lead management.
• Audit and optimise existing CRM structures to ensure data integrity and peak performance.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and internal systems to create a unified data environment.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for all things Zoho, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying new features to leverage.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or Administrator with deep technical knowledge of the platform.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom automations, Deluge scripts and sophisticated sales funnels.
• Expert-level understanding of Zoho's modules, layouts and advanced reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on improving lead conversion through technology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Zoho Certified Professional status.
• Experience with the broader Zoho One suite (e.g. Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Analytics).
• Background in sales operations or lead generation strategy.
