职位概况

负责受监管平台的日常运维与保障，采用7x24小时NOC轮班制，需具备系统可靠性工程能力和金融级合规意识。

主要职责

部署、运维并支持云平台UAT及生产环境。
管理Linux系统，包括安全加固、版本更新、性能调优和故障排查。
作为L2/L3级别事件的高级支持，主导根因分析并推动永久性修复。
协助微服务架构平稳运行，定位业务层面问题，利用性能指标和日志诊断瓶颈。
推动操作系统、中间件及云基础设施的安全漏洞修复，配合SOC、NOC完成事件响应。
使用ITSM工具进行事件、问题和变更管理，编写运维文档并指导初级工程师。

任职要求

4年以上技术运维、SRE或生产运维经验。
熟悉Azure云平台和RHEL系统的实际操作。
具备Java微服务及中间件（Spring Boot、Dubbo）支持经验。
了解JVM可观测性，能够诊断内存、GC、线程等性能问题。
掌握Python或Java编程，熟悉CI/CD流水线和自动化脚本开发。
熟悉ITIL流程，具备事件管理与根因分析能力。
能够使用Prometheus、Grafana、ELK等可观测性平台，熟悉Elasticsearch。
英语商务沟通水平，中文优先。
