360 Technology Recruitment Consultant – Enterprise & Digital Transformation

About the role

Halian is expanding its Technology Practice and seeks a 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to lead senior and critical hires across enterprise technology, digital transformation and managed services in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining Ideal Client Profiles to delivering senior mandates.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel business development strategies across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider GCC.
• Partner directly with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior technology leaders to understand workforce strategy.
• Manage exclusive senior hiring mandates for roles such as CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Architect, VP Engineering and Head of Cybersecurity/Data & AI.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality talent network for permanent and contract positions, headhunting niche expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment or strong business development background with interest in technology.
• Track record of winning new business and managing senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Passion for technology and digital innovation, high resilience and ambition.
